Job description

Role: AI Architect (Azure/.NET/React - GenAI & Agentic Systems)
Experience: 12–15 Years
Location: United States

Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise Document Submission and Intelligence platform. You will be responsible for defining how GenAI, Agentic frameworks, and RAG architectures transform raw insurance documentation (emails, PDFs, renewals) into structured, actionable business data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Architecture: Define the end-to-end blueprint for a multi-layered AI platform, integrating LLM orchestration (LangGraph/Semantic Kernel) with a .NET Core and React ecosystem.
  • Data Intelligence: Design robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies using Azure AI Search and vector databases to enable deep-context searching across customer risk profiles.
  • Tooling & Connectivity: Architect the Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer to enable AI agents to perform web scraping for risk rating enrichment and fuzzy matching against enterprise databases.
  • Safety & Governance: Establish rigorous guardrails (NVIDIA NeMo, Microsoft Presidio) for PII masking and hallucination control.
  • Evaluation Framework: Define "LLM-as-a-judge" metrics to ensure high accuracy in extracting JSON schemas from unstructured insurance documents.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years in software/data engineering with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
  • Proven experience designing high-throughput document processing pipelines (Unstructured LLM SQL/Cosmos).
  • Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI, vector search optimization, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong background in financial services or insurance domains is highly preferred.
