We're on the hunt for motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as a Residential Fiber Sales Representative. Whether you're a seasoned seller or just getting started, we'll set you up for success in a fast-paced and fun role that gets you moving and meeting new people daily.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours up to 29 hours per week! The day will begin and end at our Corporate Headquarters in Ellettsville. You will have a residential area mapped out for you in Ellettsville, Bloomington, Bedford, Jasper or French Lick for prospecting and the use of a company vehicle to get there!
What You Will Do
Make Moves & Make Sales (90%)
  • Knock on at least 70 doors a day (think of it as your daily cardio!)
  • Close at least two new residential subscribers daily by confidently presenting product and service options
  • Educate potential customers on pricing and installation like a pro - clearly, accurately, and with a personal touch
  • Be the face of the brand in local neighborhoods with top-tier professionalism and positivity
  • Own your performance, be on time, and represent our values with pride

Track & Adapt (5%)
  • Log your daily interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up steps using our easy tools
  • Navigate your assigned territory like a champ, adjusting your approach based on local vibes and customer needs

  • Help out with additional tasks as needed - we keep things dynamic!

What You Need
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer interaction (preferred but not required - we'll train you!)
  • A way with words - strong communication and the ability to explain technical stuff in simple terms
  • Drive and independence - you're self-motivated, accountable, and excited to hit goals
  • Comfort with working outdoors in all kinds of weather
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Tech confidence - if you're not tech-savvy yet, you're willing to learn!
