Optometrist - Rice Lake, Wisconsin

We seek an enthusiastic optometrist who enjoys offering direct patient care, contact lens fittings, and managing ocular diseases, which have become vital to this vibrant and community-focused private practice! The experienced doctors and dedicated staff provide comprehensive vision examinations and excel in diagnosing and treating various eye diseases and conditions. This practice prides itself on cultivating a warm and supportive culture, with a firm commitment to the community they serve.

The doctors typically see 16 to 20 patients per day, ensuring a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Each optometrist is paired with a dedicated technician, and they also have multiple opticians at each location to bolster your work, making you feel welcomed and valued. They provide state-of-the-art equipment, including autorefractors with topography, Optos for every patient, Cirrus OCTs, and HFA3s at each location. Training is available if you're unfamiliar with any of these systems.

This position is salaried, with a starting pay of around $150,000, a competitive salary that reflects your value to us, and are open to negotiating for the right candidate. Additionally, they offer bonus potential, as well as signing bonuses and relocation assistance, to show our appreciation for your hard work. The comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, 401K, covered continuing education, and malpractice insurance. We also offer a 6% bonus on receipts after reaching a set amount in 1 year, as well as signing bonuses and relocation assistance.
