Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Pathologist to join a busy practice in Dubuque, Iowa.
Details:

  • The candidate would join a collegial group of 6 general, hospital-based Pathologists and 2 Pathology Assistants who oversee two community hospitals and several critical access hospitals.
  • The caseload is a mixture of biopsies, complex resections and non-GYN cytology. No GYN cytology is performed.
  • Frozen section coverage and attendance of fine needle aspirations for adequacy assessment is required.
  • Autopsies are rarely performed
  • No specific subspecialty training is required; however cytopathology or GI training would be looked upon favorably.
