What You'll Do:
Gather requirements. Gather, interpret, and analyze technical project requirements, specifications, and internal constraints.

Collaborate. Work with sales, logistics, and technical service teams to ensure project requirements are properly understood, attainable, and communicated to both internal and external customers.

Create Quotes. Create quotes and projects with exceptional data integrity, attention to detail, and sensitivity to the needs of other departments.

Implement Strategy. Understand baseline pricing and quality control procedures. Collaborate with sales and dispatch upon quote and project creation.

Provide Logistical Support. Maintain timely admin support as the primary go between for dispatch and sales teams at the project level.

Champion Continuous Improvement. Proactively identify opportunities and recommend improvements to processes and procedures in the organization to promote maximum efficiency and enhance customer support.

Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience. Experience in the aggregate, ready-mix, asphalt, or construction industry is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills. Must have excellent oral communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to interface with many different audiences.

Analytical Skills. Strong analytical and business skills are desired.

Time Management Skills. Must have planning, prioritizing, organizational, and coordinating skills. Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment that requires complex, technical information and decision-making.

Technology Skills. Working knowledge of Where's my Concrete or equivalent sales quoting software.

Salary Range. The base salary range for this role is between $26.40- $36.13 hourly. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
