About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Nearshore Sales Manager to connect clients with our delivery centers in Mexico.

This role covers both BPO services and technology development solutions โ€” from customer support and back-office services to software development, IT services, and digital transformation.

Itโ€™s a high-reward position with uncapped commissions and quarterly company trips to Mexico to visit our centers, meet clients, and strengthen partnerships.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Sell BPO services and technology development solutions delivered from Mexico.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations.

  • Highlight Mexico as a nearshore hub for outsourcing and software/IT development.
