We’re growing and looking for a CCC-SLP with at least one year of pediatric feeding experience (including complex medical cases) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

We understand that one size doesn’t fit all. Choose the path that works best for you:
- Guaranteed Hourly (W-2)
Consistent pay based on experience ($33–$41/hour) with guaranteed hours and full benefits (20+ hours/week) - Pay-Per-Visit (W-2)
Higher earning potential ($50–$76/hour) with flexibility; benefits available at 20+ hours/week - Contractor/PRN (1099)
$60/hour for treatment sessions and $80 per evaluation; ideal for added flexibility (no benefits)
Start part-time with the option to grow into full-time.

- Evaluate and treat primarily feeding patients, with opportunities to support broader speech/language needs
- Create engaging, individualized therapy plans that help children thrive

✅ What You Bring
- CCC-SLP credential
- Pediatric feeding experience (minimum 1 year with complex cases)
- Texas SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- A team-oriented mindset and passion for helping children succeed
