Work Environment: Shop Environment
Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostics and inspections on customer vehicles.
  • Complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters, replacements, and more.
  • Perform tire maintenance and tire changes on customer vehicles.
  • Provide superior customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED OR Automotive Repair Experience
  • Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record
  • Successful Completion of Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Skill Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of car maintenance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs
  • Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment for car maintenance and repair
  • Strong time management skills
  • Careful attention to detail
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
