Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Assurance Inspector supporting our Vendor Quality Team. This position will be scheduled to be On Campus Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and consistently verifies incoming material meets Intralox drawings and Quality standards prior to placement in inventory.
  • Supports quality projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Documents and issues Intralox Nonconformance Reports, quarantines nonconforming product
  • Ensures that the Quality Assurance sampling plans are being followed.
  • Makes decisions based on inspection data and Quality Standards.
  • Ensures accurate data entry into the appropriate Quality databases
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of QC Lab.
  • Assists with training of QA backups.
  • Communicates quality data through documentation, email, and personal interfaces.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate (or G. E. D. equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working within a Quality Control division of a manufacturing company.
  • Experience reading engineering drawings
  • Demonstrated success working independently.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Passion for learning and growth with a demonstrated record of self-management.
  • Strong attention to detail with Quality minded experience.
  • Excellent decision making, organization and communication skills.
  • Above proficient in standard software packages (MS Office, Excel, Teams etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality related field.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality related field.
  • Previous experience working with suppliers.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Root Cause Corrective Action experience.
  • Statistical Process Control experience.
  • Keyence, CMM, hand gaging or other measurement system experience.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Inspector preferred.
