Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for Machinists to operate CNC Mill, Lathe, Mill and Cylindrical Grinding Machines. This is a direct hire opportunity with a Manufacturer of Aircraft Parts located in College Point NY.
Pay will be between $22/hour & $32/hour depending on experience. 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.
Job Description
Seeking 2nd Shift CNC Machinists to set up and operate CNC Mill, Lathe, Mill, and Cylindrical Grinding Machines who are detailed oriented, organized, has good communication skills, and is a team player.
Requirements

  • Able to work from production blueprints or sketches
  • Adhere to engineering specified tolerances/procedures and perform gaging operations
  • Perform machine lubrication and preventative maintenance
  • Certification from Technical Institute or equivalent desirable but not required
  • Able to work 2nd Shift schedule 4:15PM - 12:45AM
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
