Job description

Position: Physiatrist

Location: Naples/Cape Coral

Shifts Available: Days

Status: Full Time



We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our integrated team and help patients restore functional quality of life through tailored, minimally invasive care. With over 30 locations in Florida, we are looking for someone to serve as a key diagnostic and clinical lead within our multi-disciplinary model, bridging the gap between Physical Therapy, Interventional Pain, and Orthopedic Surgery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics: Perform and interpret EMG/NCV studies.
  • Patient Care: Develop functional restoration plans and provide regenerative medicine (PRP/biologics).
  • Collaboration: Oversee APPs and coordinate care with Physical Therapy and surgical teams.
  • Triage: Evaluate and direct patients toward the most effective clinical pathway.


Qualifications

  • Education: MD/DO and completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in PM&R.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in EMG/NCV (required).
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted state medical license.
  • Preferred: Fellowship training in Pain, MSK, or Sports Medicine.
