Once licensed, RNs can work in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings, providing direct patient care and assisting in treatments.

What typical responsibilities can I expect as an NCLEX RN?

As an NCLEX RN, your daily responsibilities will include assessing patient health, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records. You'll collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Additionally, you may provide patient education, advocate for patient well-being, and respond to emergencies as they arise. This role often involves working in fast-paced environments where adaptability and teamwork are highly valued.
