Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and familiarity with digital asset management systems is typically required. Attention to detail, agility, and the ability to work under pressure while communicating effectively with athletes and staff are crucial soft skills. Successful photographers develop strong communication skills and adaptability to collaborate effectively with event staff and editorial teams.
