**Job Summary:**
WeSource is currently seeking Forklift Operators to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials and products around our facility. You will also assist in assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually to complete various projects.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role
- Valid certification to operate a forklift
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with the capability to inspect materials, products, and containers for quality compliance
**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products
- Assist in assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually
- Clean packaging containers and maintain a tidy workspace
- Line and pad crates, assemble cartons, and label containers
- Obtain and sort products efficiently
- Wrap protective material around products as needed
- Start, stop, and regulate conveyor speed
- Weigh containers accurately and adjust quantities
- Seal containers securely using nails, glue, or bands
- Sort bundles or filled containers with precision
- Pack products according to specific arrangements or selections
- Inspect material, products, and containers at each packaging step to ensure quality compliance
