Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney - Defense Side to join its growing Labor & Employment practice. The attorney will represent employers-ranging from small companies to large national organizations-in the full spectrum of employment-related matters, including litigation, counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, and day-to-day HR advisory work.
The ideal candidate has employment law experience (either defense or plaintiff) and desires to counsel, represent, and defend employers in both transactionally and in litigation.
