The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?
  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training 
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Assist with set up and closing procedures for all assigned locations 
  • Place food and beverage orders for your concessions locations daily 
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
More about you
  • Experience working with food and beverage required
  • Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • No college degree required
Physical requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
  • Ability to lift stock up to 35 pounds occasionally
