Job Summary

The role of Regional Finance Manager - Restaurants and Resorts is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a division or portfolio of locations within Levy. Partnering with the Operations leaders to deliver value through accurate and effective financial management including accounting, planning, reporting, and continual improvement.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee strategic planning and budgeting process to ensure accuracy and effective management.
  • Oversight of the divisional operations finance function – line managing the divisional finance leaders.
  • Supporting business improvement and development from a financial management perspective.
  • Establishing and maintaining KPI metrics for all members of the divisional finance leaders.
  • Partner with divisional operations leadership to ensure sound financial management of the organization.
  • Utilize data and insight to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of divisional financial improvement initiatives.
  • Continual development, engagement, and growth of divisional finance team members.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of operational finance data to inform operational decision making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other teams to implement programs and follow process.
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a related role involving P&L management and analysis – FP&A, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance
  • Accounting experience preferred; CPA not required
  • Hospitality experience preferred
