Job description

Are you an experienced real estate agent looking for a brokerage that matches your ambition and rewards your expertise? Frontline Realty is looking for proven producers ready to take their business to the next level.

You've already built the foundation. You know how to work with clients, navigate transactions, and close deals. What we offer is the infrastructure to scale — a robust lead system, in-house support, and a compensation structure built for top performers.

At Frontline Realty, experienced agents plug directly into our lead pipeline, transaction support team, and collaborative agent network from day one. Our team leads and brokers are available as a resource — not a requirement — so you maintain your independence while having backup when you need it.

What we expect from you:

  1. Represent Sellers/Buyers in residential real estate transactions with confidence and professionalism.
  2. Draft and negotiate residential purchase agreements and listing agreements on behalf of your clients.
  3. Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine accurate market values for sellers.
  4. Maintain responsiveness and a high standard of client service.
  5. Keep CRM tools and systems updated to ensure seamless communication across all channel partners.

Qualifications:

  1. Active real estate license in good standing.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential real estate.
  3. Proven track record of closed transactions.
  4. Strong knowledge of local market conditions, pricing, and contract law.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently.
  7. Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard real estate tools.
  8. Must be available to respond to clients and leads in a timely manner.

What you can expect from us:

A top-tier compensation plan: Our structure is designed for agents doing serious volume. Six figures is the floor, not the ceiling.

No desk or junk fees: Every dollar you earn stays where it belongs — with you.

Autonomy with support: Run your business your way, with brokers and team leads available when you want them.

In-house transaction coordinators: Handle more deals without the administrative bottleneck. Our TC team keeps every transaction moving smoothly.

Ongoing mentorship: Access to leadership and top producers who've been where you are and can help you get where you're going.

At Frontline Realty, experienced agents don't get lost in the shuffle — they lead it. If you're closing deals and ready to close more, we want to talk.

Hit apply and let's have a conversation. Selling 25+ homes a year is already in your range — let's push that number higher together.
