Position Overview:

As part of the talented Navico Group Distribution team in Menomonee Falls, you will be responsible for various functions within the Inventory Control department in conjunction with Warehouse Associate I functions. The Inventory Control department is responsible for monitoring inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory location assessments; and performing inventory audits in accordance with Brunswick policy. Attention to detail is key to this role.

Essential Functions:

  • Keeping track of inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying and recording inventory.
  • Updating databases and maintaining records of all transactions
  • Ensuring that stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
  • Ensuring accuracy in inventory records and transactions.
  • Effectively communicating with team members and other departments.
  • Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of order flow through a warehouse
  • Able to interact within a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork across departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle WMS
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Critical thinker
  • High school equivalent education

Working Conditions:

  • Moderate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./11-27 kgs).
  • Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours)
  • Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-10 hours).
  • Job rotation may be required, where applicable
  • Able to work in a non-AC environment

The anticipated pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
