Summary:

Provides construction management oversight and project execution support for military healthcare facility projects.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and change requests.
  • Coordinate with construction agents and stakeholders.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and activation activities.
  • Participate in site visits and construction meetings.
  • Develop project status reports and executive briefings.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of healthcare construction experience.
  • Experience managing project schedules and construction documentation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance preferred.
  • PMP or CCM certification.
  • NAVFAC construction experience.
  • USACE construction experience.
  • Healthcare commissioning experience.
  • Experience supporting hospital replacement programs.
  • Prior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs.
