This combined leadership role is responsible for administering the project's safety and quality control programs while overseeing multiple construction trades and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, EM 385-1-1, OSHA standards, and NAVFAC quality control procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced federal construction professional who can manage both field safety and quality control responsibilities while coordinating directly with Government representatives, project leadership, subcontractors, and craft personnel.Required Qualifications✔ Current OSHA 30 Construction Certification✔ Current EM 385-1-1 Training✔ Current USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification (CQM-C/CQCM)✔ Minimum 10 years of construction experience✔ Minimum 5 years serving as a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)✔ Previous experience supporting NAVFAC, USACE, Department of Defense, or comparable federal construction projects✔ Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1, OSHA regulations, and federal construction safety requirements✔ Experience developing, administering, and enforcing Accident Prevention Plans✔ Experience conducting safety inspections,
