At NAVEX, we're transforming the world-making it safer, more ethical, and ensuring every voice is heard. That's real impact.
Our high-performance culture is driven by our values. We move with speed, passion and purpose - as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.
As a Technical Product Manager for our AI App-Layer, you will own the activation, adoption, and measurable workflow impact of AI-powered and agent-assisted experiences embedded within NAVEX workflows.
You will translate GRC workflows into safe, effective AI-assisted experiences that improve user decision-making and operational efficiency. Working closely with our AI Platform Product Management team, engineering, UX, and domain experts, you will ensure AI capabilities are embedded meaningfully within human workflows while maintaining governance, human oversight, and controlled exposure.
Your focus is delivering trusted, high-value workflow acceleration while ensuring AI experiences scale safely across our products.
You'll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success. Join us and help shape what's next!
What you'll get:
  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people-at a scale few companies can match.
  • High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You'll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.
  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas-not people-and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with AI Product leadership to define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered experiences across NAVEX applications
  • Activate AI platform capabilities to deliver persona-specific workflow value while aligning with platform maturity, governance standards, and expansion gates
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and establish measurable success criteria including adoption, workflow acceleration, and quality outcomes
  • Define expansion readiness thresholds for scaling AI capabilities across products and tenants
  • Partner with AI Platform Product Management to convert workflow needs into reusable platform capabilities
  • Translate platform primitives into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX requirements while ensuring AI experiences remain advisory, explainable, and aligned with human authority boundaries
  • Monitor adoption, usability signals, and workflow outcomes to guide expansion
  • Use telemetry and user feedback to refine AI experiences and improve trust, usability, and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering and application teams to align AI experience delivery and design with broader application roadmap priorities

What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience with AI-enabled, analytics, or data-driven products
  • Demonstrated success driving product adoption through controlled rollout and beta programs
  • Strong ability to define persona workflows and measurable ROI for intelligent or automation-assisted features
  • Ability to define success metrics for evolving AI experiences, including adoption velocity, workflow acceleration, and user confidence indicators
  • Literacy in multi-step agentic workflows, tool-using systems, and human-in-the-loop interaction patterns
  • Working knowledge of AI governance principles sufficient to ensure workflow-level compliance and appropriate human oversight
  • Experience translating AI capabilities into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills spanning engineering, design, data science, and domain experts
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage expectations in evolving AI contexts
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:
  • We'll be clear, we'll move fast, and we'll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make-and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
