We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience building strong client relationships and supporting customer advocacy initiatives. Skilled in coordinating testimonials, case studies, referral programs, and customer engagement activities to increase brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills with a passion for turning satisfied customers into enthusiastic brand advocates
You'll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success. Join us and help shape what's next!
What you'll get:

  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas-not people-and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate customer reference requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Match approved customer advocates to reference requests using established criteria and program guidelines
  • Track request status, fulfilment, and participation history
  • Monitor advocate engagement to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer advocate profiles within the advocacy platform and CRM, including customer information, product usage, communication preferences, and participation history
  • Perform routine data quality reviews and database maintenance to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Maintain customer consent records and ensure participation documentation remains current
  • Identify prospective advocates through customer nominations, NPS feedback, and internal referrals
  • Conduct outreach to recruit and onboard new customer advocates using established messaging and processes
  • Organize and maintain customer assets, including quotes, logos, photos, and other marketing materials
  • Maintain visibility into the customer story pipeline to support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Prepare recurring program metrics, activity reports, and other operational updates
  • Manage the shared advocacy inbox and respond to internal requests in a timely manner
  • Support the coordination of customer speakers, webinars, events, and advocate recognition initiatives

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Support, events, or program coordination
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana
  • Strong data entry, database management, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of customer advocacy, and/or experience with content marketing a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management, time management, and follow-through
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:
  • We'll be clear, we'll move fast, and we'll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make-and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
