Job Title: Civil Superintendent Natural Gas Compressor Station Projects
Location: 2 projects- 1st job St. Albans, WV and 2nd job Charleston, WV
Job Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Project Work

We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations on natural gas compressor station construction projects. This position is hands-on as needed and field-focused, requiring a strong background in civil construction, foundation work, and managing crews in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the working superintendent overseeing daily civil construction activities on compressor station projects
  • Supervise and coordinate crews performing foundation work, concrete operations, excavation, and site development
  • Manage daily workflow, manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules
  • Read and interpret civil drawings, site plans, and project specifications
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards
  • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Perform hands-on support as needed while leading crews in the field
  • Maintain jobsite organization, safety compliance, and production goals
  • Track progress and communicate daily updates from the field

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead overseeing industrial civil construction projects
  • Experience with natural gas, pipeline, compressor station, or heavy industrial projects preferred
  • Strong background with foundations, concrete, excavation, and site preparation
  • Ability to manage crews and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive personal vehicle to jobsites
