We're looking for a Paint Technician who takes pride in producing a professional, durable finish and understands that attention to detail matters. What You Will Do

As a Paint Technician, you'll prepare, prime, paint, and finish compressor packages, gas engines, skids, and related equipment before they head to our customers.


Responsibilities Include:
  • Prepare equipment by cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface prepping
  • Mix and apply industrial primers and coatings
  • Paint natural gas compressor packages, gas engines, skids, piping, and fabricated equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and appearance
  • Perform touch-ups and correct paint defects as needed
  • Maintain paint booth equipment, spray guns, and painting tools
  • Follow all environmental, safety, and PPE requirements
  • Keep the paint area clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Work closely with Manufacturing and Shop teams to meet production schedules

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous painting experience 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to safely operate spray equipment and hand tools
  • Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial painting experience
  • Experience with HVLP or airless spray systems
  • Heavy equipment, manufacturing, or oil & gas experience
  • Experience painting compressor packages or industrial equipment
  • Forklift experience is a plus
