Job description

Our Indianapolis, IN office is hiring a Restoration Technician.

Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Inspecting building for moisture damage and performing air quality sampling
  • Restoring properties that have been damaged by fire, water, mold or natural disaster
  • Ensuring projects are performed efficiently and per protocol
  • Using hand tools (Company provided)
  • Communicating all details of the project to the Project Manager
  • Answering client questions when on the job site

Requirements include but not limited to:

  • Prior restoration experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to operate hand tools
  • Must be able to operate and maintain water mitigation and environmental remediation equipment
  • Must be able to remove building materials including but not limited to drywall, cabinets, carpeting, and framing materials
  • Must be able and willing to travel overnight when necessary
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must able and willing wear personal protective equipment per OSHA guidelines
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces

Compensation range for Technician 1: $16- $20 per hour depending on experience

Compensation range for Technician 2: $20-25 per hour depending on experience and certification
