*This position requires you to work 100% on-site at our HQ in Columbus, OH*

BBI is looking for competitive, confident, and passionate individuals to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will focus on the fast-paced brokerage aspect of our business. You will create and manage your individual book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers.

  • Lead Generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Cold Call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base
  • Negotiate and Market Research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers
  • Account Management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software
