Job description

Speak Right Now Speech Pathology Clinic seeks a well organized individual to perform administrative and support duties.
Example of duties:
1. Answering clinic phone- describing services, intake new clients, refer calls to proper party.
2. Provide support services to our team of Speech Language Therapists
3. Editing and filing technical reports, sourcing information as requested, creating templates.
4. Greeting Clients in our physical clinic.
5. Work with regional centers to schedule/assign evaluations and ongoing therapy.
6. Provide information to families as needed.
7. Work within a small team/hybrid and in-person.
8. Other duties as requested/required.
Training and support is provided.  Fairly Flexible Schedule.
Skills required- Computer/word processing, phone etiquette,  organizational, reliable, self starter.
This position will start as part time and will become full time (32+ hrs) when training is complete.
Native English speaker, bilingual a plus. 
Work will be in our pleasant Milpitas clinic with a small portion remote.
Salary dependent on Experience. Starts @$22.00/hr
