Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Research and processing data of deceased stock transfers · Corresponding with Village Corporations on missing data for deceased stock transfers · Responding to shareholder correspondence through writing, emails and telephone.

· Assisting with BSNC annual meetings. · Other duties as assigned by supervisor Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications · Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate · A minimum of two years’ experience in typing and general office practice Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics · Computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (MS) MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook · Must have proficient writing skills; be highly organized and able to work with minimal guidance · Must be task oriented, self-motivated and have the inherent ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and work as a team-player · Excellent attention to details – the ability to be at work consistently and predictably. · Drivers License required.

Preferred · N/A Supervisory Responsibilities · This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
