Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements
- Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work
- Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work
- Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications
- Adapt to a blueprint-style production model-may not disassemble vehicles personally
