What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Your day will include:
  • Setting up, adjusting, and operating wire drawing machines and related equipment
  • Following production schedules, work instructions, and technical drawings
  • Loading raw materials and ensuring machines run at optimal performance
  • Monitoring product quality and performing routine inspections
  • Identifying process issues and suggesting improvements
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborating with team members and shift leads to meet production goals
