Youth Soccer Coach (Ages 2-8)
Hoffman Estates, IL | Part-time | Flexible Schedule
Soccer Shots is seeking an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to introduce children ages 2-8 to the game of soccer in a fun, engaging, and positive environment.
No prior soccer coaching experience is required We provide full training and support.
What We Offer
• Flexible scheduling - no minimum number of sessions required
• Competitive pay with base rate increases after your first season
• Fast-track promotion to Lead Coach within 90 days, including pay increase
• Seasonal performance bonuses

• Paid training, including CPR and First Aid certification

What You'll Do
• Lead fun and safe soccer classes for up to 12 children (30-45 minutes per session)
• Follow our structured weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment and prepare the field
• Engage each child individually to support their development
• Manage class rosters and program equipment
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
• Provide brief post-session feedback
• Use creativity and enthusiasm to make every class memorable
