Orange County Soccer Club After School Youth Soccer Coach Opportunity
Orange County Soccer Club and the OCSC Foundation are seeking to hire youth soccer coaches for elementary school aged children on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 2:45pm-4:45pm in Anaheim elementary schools and Tuesdays/Thursdays 3:45-5:45 in Centralia elementary schools.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
  • Coaching all youth age levels.
  • Maintaining a safe, well-organized, and fun environment for all participants.
  • Preparing practice sessions and subbing rotations for games.
  • Completing background check, SafeSport training and other trainings required for coaching.
  • Availability during afternoons (after-school hours).

Candidate Requirements
Licenses or Certifications:
  • Required: US Soccer Grassroots License or equivalent from another federation.
  • Preferred: US Soccer D License or comparable from another federation.

Hourly Rate
$50/hour
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Demonstrated ability developing soccer session plans.
