Job description

At BCM One, we believe great sales happen when solutions lead the conversation. We're looking for a seasoned National Account Executive to join our high-performing team and drive growth across our full suite of telecommunications and technology services including voice, data, networking, cloud, and managed services.


This role is designed for a strategic closer who can go beyond transactional sales and deliver true value by understanding complex customer needs and building tailored, scalable solutions. At BCM One, your SME and ability to provide comprehensive solutions is what sells.


Work Location:

This is a remote position that will be based out of the Pacific Northwest, ideally WA or OR, and managing the local territory. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.


Travel:

25-50% Domestic Travel Annually


What You Will Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to close on high-value enterprise accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Deeply understand client pain points and align BCM One's portfolio of solutions to meet business outcomes.
  • Act as a consultative partner, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Product, and Support teams to design and deliver compelling technical solutions.
  • Manage and expand relationships with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using solution-based selling frameworks.
  • Represent the BCM One brand with credibility, integrity, and an obsessive focus on customer success.


What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Consistently close new enterprise and mid-market accounts within the first 6 months using BCM One's full solution stack (voice, data, cloud, network, managed services).
  • Quickly master BCM One's solution portfolio and clearly articulate business impact during discovery and presentation phases.
  • Qualify and manage a strong pipeline, leveraging both inbound leads and outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to develop strategic, custom-tailored solutions.
  • Earn trust and influence at the C-suite level, converting complex problems into clear, value-driven solutions.
  • Exceed quota within 12 months, showing momentum and expanding influence in assigned territories or verticals.
  • Embody a "solutioning is the selling" mindset-helping prospects solve problems with BCM One's capabilities instead of pushing standalone products.


What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience with value-selling, specifically B2B.
  • Experience with channel and anunderstanding of voice, data, UCaaS / CCaaS, networking, and cloud-based solutions is required
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a complex sales environment.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; you know how to simplify the complex.
  • A solutions-first mindset; you thrive when architecting answers, not just pushing products.
  • Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients across multiple industries.


Compensation:

$90,000 to $120,000 base salary. Commissions and benefits will be in addition to the base salary. Compensation at BCM One varies depending on a wide variety of factors, including and not limited to: office location, role, skill set, degree/certifications, and level of experience. This range specified is for Washington or Oregon candidates only.
