Work Environment

Our work environment is fully remote, utilizing telehealth tools and technology to ensure seamless communication and treatment delivery. We operate Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through telehealth platforms to evaluate patient needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, to safeguard patient privacy and trust.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient care.
• Facilitate education and support for patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment resources.
• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field through ongoing education and training initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapists at Spring Valley Psychiatric Services will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Our focus is on providing compassionate and individualized care to empower our clients in their recovery journeys while reinforcing their strengths and promoting resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy, capable of tailoring techniques to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within the treatment team.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and robust problem-solving skills in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, enabling adaptation to remote service delivery.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with varying cultural approaches to mental health.
• Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid compensation package, you will receive:
