Job description

Get to know us: NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry. NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.
Own the Routes. Own the Team. Own the Customer Experience.
Service Manager | Nashville| NOVO Health Services
This isn't a desk job managing from a distance. You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day - and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. Your fleet, your team, your accounts, your results.
NOVO Health Services keeps hospitals running by keeping their linen supply moving. We're an essential part of the healthcare system - and growing fast. That growth means real advancement paths for leaders who can deliver.
What makes this different:
  • Full ownership of the customer experience. You manage the daily account functions - audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation - that determine whether customers stay.
  • Real leadership, not just supervision. You hire, train, develop, and coach your RSRs so each one delivers on the simple pledge: the right product, the right quantity, in the right time window.
  • You're in it. You'll cover routes during absences, run route logistics around vacations and holidays, and act as RSR during a market startup - this is a leader who works alongside the team, not above it.
  • Work that matters. Every route keeps hospitals stocked and patients cared for.

You're the right fit if you:
  • Bring previous management experience and strong leadership skills, ideally in a route-based or distribution environment
  • Have a demonstrated quality focus and a customer-centric mindset
  • Know your way around DOT/FMCSA compliance and can keep a fleet safe, clean, and road-ready
  • Bring financial awareness and are comfortable with the numbers behind the routes you run
  • Can adapt fast - competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you
  • Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements

A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
Ready to run your own routes and your own team? Apply now - we'll walk you through the full role, the team, and what success looks like in the first 90 days.
What we can offer you as a full-time associate:
Competitive pay
Paid Holidays
Paid Time Off Program (PTO)
401(k) w/Employer Match
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Medical, Dental, and Vision Programs
Basic Life/AD&D Insurance
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Why work for Novo Health Services?
NOVO Health Services strives to be the employer of choice in the hospital sterile and hygienically clean linen industry. To do that, we provide a safe, positive work environment where our associates experience tremendous growth and related opportunities for advancement.
Complete an on-line application at www.novohealthservices.com!
All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin veteran, or disability status. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. Drug-Free Workplace.
