All about the role:

The Service Technician Trainer is responsible for coordinating and delivering technical training for service personnel across Puerto Rico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Provides specialized technical support and develops training materials that contribute to excellence in after-sales service.

Where you'll be:

This role is located in Puerto Rico, onsite.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and deliver technical training programs in both Spanish and English, in-person and virtually.

  • Develop training materials, presentations, technical manuals, and instructional videos.

  • Provide technical support for refrigeration, laundry care, and food preparation products.

  • Analyze failure reports and support with corrections.

  • Prepare training reports and technical documentation using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain the training area, tools, and equipment in optimal condition.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in service and training processes.

  • Provide technical leadership to local in-house and third-party service technicians in Puerto Rico.

  • Conduct field testing for new products and prepare related reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree with knowledge in engineering or a related field, preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a proven record in training roles, including the development of technical training content and materials.

  • Technical education (license) in Refrigeration, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field, with hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and delivering technical training on major household appliances (white goods).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), PDF and video editing software, and training technologies.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to teach, transfer knowledge, and collaborate effectively within teams to achieve results.

  • Customer-focused professional with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills, dedicated to delivering successful outcomes.

  • Availability to travel up to 50%

  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish.
