Job description

Overview
  • Haul containers secured to company-owned chassis.
  • 95% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook.
  • Drive in and out of railyards within FL, GA and SC.
Pay and bonus potential
  • Hourly pay and load pay.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
  • HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
  • Live within 20 miles of Savannah, GA.
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
