We are looking for a National Recruiting Manager to join our growing team!


The National Recruiting Manager responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles we recruit for. You will network online and offline with potential candidates to attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help our clients fill their roles.


Responsibilities


  • Source candidates on niche platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and more.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Present job offers.
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.


Skills


  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter; or sales professional.
  • Current experience using various interview formats (i.e., telephone, Zoom/Teams, etc.)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for our roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, Bullhorn preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office


Compensation:

High percentage commission-based compensation with draw.
