Job description

Solutions Program Manager

Description -

This person will work closely with Product Program Manager to deliver a complete product, focusing on solution and eco system, that works with the hardware as a complete product launch.

Job responsibilities:

  • Understand experience and solution roadmap which show how experience will manifest and evolve across printer products, identify where experience drive HW requirements, interaction across the system, and need specific validation plans.
  • Define Product solution and features together with Marketing teams.
  • Have a good understanding on the hardware needs and define Product MVP.
  • Groom any new / improve features to understand flows and dependency.
  • Develop integration plan with design, development and test partners that meets program goal.
  • Manage integration delivery with Technical Project Manager and Program Manager to ensure delivery meets program goal.
  • Work between agile and waterfall schedule to ensure the hardware and solution are delivered to product launch.
  • Drive Solution checkpoint preparation and presentation and follow ups.
  • Risk management together with Technical Program Manager and test teams.
  • Manage change request and guide change requestors on the PIR (Program Investigation Request).
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members.


Requirements:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $162,000 USD annually with additional
