What You'll Do
  • Drive program success by ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, optimizing processes, and providing clear, data driven reporting on milestones, risks, and outcomes
  • Develop, refine, and standardize program processes and procedures in alignment with operational goals and best practices
  • Analyze program data and business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost control
  • Utilize task and workflow management tools to ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Contributes to the development, maintenance, and improvement of content within the organization's knowledge management system (KMS)
  • Manage daily operations of the team and ensure overall success through effective leadership and accountability
  • Train and support field teams in program execution, escalating issues as needed to ensure compliance and adoption
  • Engage senior leadership to align program priorities with organizational strategy and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and results
  • Provide support throughout a project lifecycle by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, managing action items, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Meet regularly with individual market leaders to identify market specific needs, opportunities, and constraints, fostering open and transparent dialogue
  • Collaborate with third party vendors and external partners to maximize program impact and performance
  • Review and approve invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and policy compliance, resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Travel to local markets and vendor offices as required to support program execution and relationship management
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Who We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong professional experience in leasing, property management, and or real estate
  • Proficiency with customer relationship and service platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Zendesk Guide preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
  • Analytical, results oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work well with cross functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Physical and Mental Demands
This position will involve long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate. Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $67,875.00 - $117,650.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
