Job Summary: Account Executives partner with Sales Executives and carrier partners to place new business, service existing clients, and build strong client and carrier relationships in the employee benefits space.
Full-time, on-site or hybrid position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITE

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a book of market clients for group and individual benefits.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and provide strategic benefits guidance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client service, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment, including plan updates, education, and employee support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, third-party administrators, and compliance to ensure smooth administration and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate policy documentation in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
