The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all physical and system inventory across the organization. This role provides full visibility into inventory performance to support operational execution, financial accuracy, and audit readiness from multiple distribution centers.

This position leads all inventory control activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, ERP/WMS reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. The manager oversees inbound, outbound, and internal inventory processes to ensure alignment between system transactions and physical stock.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Driving root-cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, implementing preventive controls, and improving processes to sustain high levels of inventory accuracy.
  • The role ensures compliance with SOPs, establishes auditing programs, and delivers KPI reporting on inventory performance and operational efficiency.
  • As a leader, this role partners cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance teams to enforce accountability, strengthen process discipline, and continuously improve inventory accuracy standards across the network.

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain (preferred based on role elevation)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, ERP, and WMS systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with KPI reporting, audits, and compliance programs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Able to travel when needed up to 10% inside and outside the country
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to identify root cause and implement sustainable corrective actions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making capabilities
