National Inventory Product Claims Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The National Inventory Returns & Fulfillment Specialist supports two key National Inventory programs: initiating the first step of the returns process for refunded, exchanged, and defective devices, and managing the end to end fulfillment of CS Iconic Portal orders. This role receives and prepares returned devices for downstream processing while also taking orders, communicating with dealers, and picking, packing, and shipping devices to customers.

Essential Functions

1. Returns Intake & First Step Processing

a. Serve as the initial receiver of refunded, exchanged, and defective devices
b. Log and document incoming devices accurately
c. Inspect devices for condition and completeness
d. Tag, package, and stage items for downstream returns processing
e. Enter return details into internal systems
f. Flag and escalate discrepancies or unusual return activity

  1. Fulfillment of CS Iconic Portal Orders

a. Enter customer device orders through the CS Iconic Portal admin tools
b. Communicate with dealers throughout the order lifecycle
c. Verify product availability, pricing, and order details
d. Ensure orders are complete and ready for fulfillment
e. Pick, pack, and ship devices according to standards
f. Troubleshoot and escalate Iconic Portal order issues

Work Environment

This job is in a professional office environment.

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement, must be able to sit for long periods of time, must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Some familiarity with wireless equipment troubleshooting
