Job Description: Oliver Ford is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for an A or B Level technician looking for a stable, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow. Youโ€™ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford Vehicles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

Ford Certified Technician Key Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more 
  • Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
  • Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems 
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelines 
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletins 
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work area 
  • Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications 

  • Certifications: Ford or Lincoln Certification is required
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair 
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
