About the Position

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to serve as a Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator in support of the Ohio Army National Guard. In this role, you will provide behavioral health consultation, case management, and care coordination services for Army National Guard Service Members and their Families, helping promote mental wellness, operational readiness, and successful reintegration into civilian life.

This is a full-time position located on-site in Columbus, Ohio, supporting the Ohio Army National Guard Medical Detachment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health consultation and support to Army National Guard Service Members and their Families.
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and coordinate referrals for appropriate care.
  • Provide case management services and monitor continuity of care.
  • Coordinate with military leadership, healthcare providers, chaplains, and community resources to support behavioral health needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Participate in outreach activities promoting resilience, suicide prevention, and psychological readiness.
  • Support behavioral health education, prevention initiatives, and wellness programs.
  • Safeguard sensitive medical and behavioral health information in accordance with privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or equivalent clinical social work license eligible to practice independently in Ohio.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional clinical social work or behavioral health experience.
  • Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, case management, and care coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting military personnel, Veterans, or federal healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with military culture and behavioral health programs.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Standard daytime business hours
  • Primarily on-site in Columbus, Ohio
