Job description

You will serve as an EVENT COORDINATOR in the PROTOCOL AND EVENTS DEPARTMENT, OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY/
CHIEF OF STAFF of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing logistical support for conferences and events and resolving potential challenges; 2) Preparing event materials (e.g., agendas, online registration pages, official programs, fact and data books, name tags, etc.), in support of the execution of an event or conference; 3) Supporting high-profile events while ensuring compliance with proper procedures and protocol; and 4) Arranging travel and lodging for event support. Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
