Description: The Business Development Specialist is a motivated and talented individual. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and increase revenue. The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand our customer base.   • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points to effectively position our products or services as solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and areas for potential growth.

Typical Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, may occasionally require extended hours


Salary Range: $65,000-75,000DOE + Lucrative bonuses
