National Account Associates are professionals who manage relationships with a company's largest and most strategic clients, often on a national scale. They support senior account managers by assisting with sales, coordinating client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role is critical in maintaining and growing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
