EchoPark Speedway NASCAR Ambassador

Overview:

EchoPark Speedway NASCAR Ambassadors at EchoPark Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of:

  • Taking care of teammates
  • Hosting remarkable events
  • Positively impacting our community
  • Profitably improving

Event Staff will work under the direction of the Sales/Events Managers

Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):

Assist with event preparation including hanging signage, setting up event spaces, and tearing down event spaces

  • Assist with hosting and escorting VIPโ€™s, Sponsors, Race Dignitaries, and NASCAR drivers
  • Help coordinate garage tours and interact with clients in our premium seating areas and suites
  • Assist with the execution of pre-race ceremonies and driver intros
  • Other duties as assigned

Event Staff Requirements

  • Ability to lift 25+lbs
  • Flexible schedule (mostly weekends/nights)
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team
  • Professional appearance
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license
  • Ability to work outside for extended periods of time (extreme weather conditions included)
  • Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
