The ideal candidate brings direct NASA SEWP experience and understands both the operational requirements of managing the vehicle and the customer, partner, and business-development activities necessary to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & SEWP Operations
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Agility's NASA SEWP VI contract.
  • Serve as Agility's primary interface with the NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Establish and maintain SEWP VI operating procedures, governance, reporting, and internal workflows.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required contract-holder reporting and program deliverables.
  • Manage program performance, financial tracking, risks, issues, metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across business development, contracts, finance, delivery, procurement, and technical teams.
  • Maintain Agility's SEWP ordering guide, contract-holder information, customer-facing materials, and required program documentation.
  • Monitor NASA SEWP guidance, contract updates, training, and program requirements and implement changes across Agility's SEWP operations.
Ordering, Quote & Compliance Management
  • Oversee compliant processing of SEWP Requests for Quote (RFQs), quotes, orders, modifications, and required supporting documentation.
  • Ensure quotes, orders, product information, providers, CLINs, and supporting data comply with NASA SEWP VI requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to SEWP ordering procedures, Database of Record requirements, program-performance standards, and applicable conduct requirements.
  • Coordinate required order verification, tracking, reporting, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), NASA FAR Supplement (NFS), SEWP VI contract requirements, and NASA SEWP PMO guidance.
  • Identify compliance or operational risks and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Business Development & Growth
  • Work closely with Agility's business development and capture teams to grow utilization of the SEWP VI vehicle.
  • Support customer outreach, opportunity identification, capture planning, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal customers, OEMs, distributors, technology partners, and other members of the SEWP ecosystem.
  • Help identify opportunities across NASA, defense, and civilian federal agencies where SEWP VI can serve as an effective acquisition vehicle.
  • Support development of strategic partnerships and supplier relationships that expand Agility's SEWP offerings and competitiveness.
  • Track SEWP pipeline, orders, revenue, and growth metrics and provide regular reporting to Agility leadership.
Qualifications
Required
  • Strong understanding of NASA SEWP operations, federal GWAC/IDIQ contracting, and federal IT procurement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a federal governmentwide acquisition contract, IDIQ, or comparable contract vehicle.
  • Experience working with federal customers, contracting organizations, OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract compliance requirements.
  • Strong program management, communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage both the operational requirements of a government contract vehicle and activities supporting business growth.
Strongly Preferred
  • Direct experience supporting NASA SEWP V as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Operations Lead, or other senior contract-holder role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEWP quoting, order management, reporting, product/provider management, and NASA SEWP PMO interactions.
  • Established relationships within the NASA SEWP ecosystem, including federal customers, OEMs, distributors, or other industry partners.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to revenue growth, capture, or business development through NASA SEWP.
  • Experience with federal IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, software, communications, and systems integration.
Compensation
